7. Service Agreement and Payment Terms

All interior design services are provided based on a mutual agreement between the client and SVA Interiiors. Payment terms, project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate service agreement. No services will commence until the agreement is signed and payment terms are agreed upon.

8. Design and Intellectual Property

All original designs, concepts, and creative work developed by SVA Interiiors remain the intellectual property of SVA Interiiors unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Clients receive the right to use the designs for their own residential or commercial purposes only.

9. Project Scope and Changes

The scope of work will be defined in the service agreement. Any changes or additions to the scope requested by the client may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. Change requests must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies are outlined in the service agreement. In general:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before project start: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before project start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before project start: No refund

11. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the project
• Timely approval of designs and materials
• Ensuring site access for our team during project execution
• Payment of invoices according to the agreed payment schedule

12. Limitation of Liability

SVA Interiiors is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, weather conditions, or regulatory issues. In such cases, project timelines will be adjusted accordingly.

13. Third-Party Materials

SVA Interiiors uses high-quality materials from trusted suppliers. While we strive for quality, we are not responsible for defects in materials supplied by third-party manufacturers. Such issues should be addressed with the manufacturer's warranty.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
